CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • To cancel orders placed with us at B.E. STAGE, please contact us by phone or by sending an email to bestageclothing.com with your order #.
  • Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
  • Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

ALL SALES ARE MADE FINAL AFTER PURCHASE.
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged claims will be accepted within 7 business days from the shipped date.

Damaged returns will be issued a store credit. We do not issue refunds in any case.

Every RA will be resolved, case by case.

Please note: All returned items MUST be in their original purchase condition; including the original product packaging and labels.

In order to submit a new claim, please send an email to bestageclothing@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Company name
  • Invoice#
  • Style#
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of damaged item(s)

Once we received your claim, you will receive a confirmation with a RA (Return Authorization) number.

The RA number MUST be written on the original packing before sending the package back. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to process.
