Cancellation and Return Policy
- To cancel orders placed with us at B.E. STAGE, please contact us by phone or by sending an email to bestageclothing.com with your order #.
- Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
- Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
- Returns are only accepted if item is damaged on arrival or if the wrong items was sent my mistake.
- Damaged items will be accepted withing 15 days from shipped date.
- Once damaged/wrong item is received/reviewed by our warehouse team, we will issue a store credit. We do not issue refunds in an case.
